INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you have received the wrong item please email us within 3 working days of receiving your package to let us know.
We will cover the return postage costs and once we receive the undamaged item back, we will dispatch the correct item to you, along with a little gift to say 'sorry'.

FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED
If the goods you receive are faulty and you wish to return them then you must contact us within three working days of their receipt. Please provide a clear description of the issue, and where appropriate, photographs so that we are able to assess the issue.
We will cover the return postage costs. Upon receiving the faulty goods back, we will either provide a refund or a replacement.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used.
NON FAULTY ITEMS
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item and let us know the reason why you no longer want it.
You will be responsible for return postage costs. The item(s) must be returned to us with 14 days of contact being made by you.
Once we receive the unopened, undamaged item back, we will refund the cost of the item back to you (not including postage).
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and be in a re-salable condition.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
