DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Once we have received your order we do our best to pack and send your order out within two working days.  

Parcels are sent by DPD. 

On average your parcel will take between 1-2 working days following postage. 

We will provide a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on where your parcel is. 

However, once your parcel has left our hands, we do not accept responsibility if the couriers take longer to deliver it than the time indicated above.

Please note that during our busy periods, e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day, we may need an extra day or two to fulfill your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you enter the correct delivery address into the system when you place your order.  We will send the parcel to the shipping address that you provide when you place your order.  Unless we are able to recover an incorrectly addressed parcel, we will be unable to reship the items or provide a refund.

If your parcel is sent tracked and 'signature required', the delivery company will make up to three delivery attempts.  If they fail to deliver the parcel to you within those three attempts, it will be returned back to us.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the items.

  • Orders under £10.00 = £5.95
  • Orders £10 - £19.99 - £5.50
  • Orders £20 - £29.99 - £4.95
  • Orders £30 - £39.99 - £4.50
  • Orders £40+ - £3.95

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses. 

We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland, the Islands or the Hebrides.  

MISSING / LOST DELIVERY

 If your parcel does not arrive within the stated time frame above, please contact us at snowdoniasoaps@gmail.com 

Every parcel is sent tracked and we will be able to view the status of your parcel on the courier's website.  If it looks like the parcel has been lost or misplaced by the courier we will contact them and instigate a search of the last seen location.  This can take a couple of days after initial contact.  
If the parcel is found by the courier it will then be delivered to you.  If it cannot be located, once the search has been completed then we will either refund you for the cost of your order (including postage) or we will replace the goods (subject to availability).
